Why do I need one?
To create a solid foundation underneath the slab. You can opt out of a pad if you are doing block/beam or pier/beam).
Every pad is lab tested for warranty purposes.
Do you fix broken pads?
Yes. Typically we would have to dig out the existing pad and start over from the bottom for Conquer Construction to warranty and lab test.
Can you connect to an existing pad?
Pad extensions, yes we can. The area we are extending will be lab tested if the structure will be a home. We do not test shop/barn pads unless requested by the client.
